For the opposite party In the cause title of the order dated 27th March, 2023, one typographical mistake is drawn to my attention with regard to the name of the opposite party. The name of the opposite party Md. Abid was written as Am. Abid. Accordingly, the name of the opposite party 'Am. Abid' be replaced by "Md. Abid" in the cause title of the order dated 27th March, 2023.

In the eighth line of the first paragraph at page 1 of the order dated 27th March, 2023, the word "permission" be replaced by the word "premises" and the word "form" be replaced by the word "from".

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections accordingly.

The other remaining portions of the order dated 27th March, 2023 will remain unchanged.
