Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and others assaulted and throttled the victim. He was hospitalized. Injuries are noted around his throat corroborating the ocular statement. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
