1. The petitioner is aggrieved by investigation into FIR No. 280 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022 registered by the Airport Police Station.

2. The petitioner also complains of threat and intimidation by the private respondents.

3. Airport Police Station has filed a report in the form of instructions dated 25.04.2023, which is taken on record.

4. It appears that the private respondents have been arrested and have been enlarged on bail. Specimen signature of the principal accused has been obtained and sent for examination to QDEB, CID, West Bengal. Original agreement has also been seized.

5. It is submitted by the State that the petitioner is not cooperating in the investigation and has not responded to the notice under Section 91 of the Cr. P. C.

6. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation. The petitioner shall visit the I. O.

along with all documents in her custody on 20.05.2023 at 2.00 p.m.

7. Investigation into the subject FIR shall be completed within a period of two months from date.

8. It is expected that the CID, West Bengal shall submit an expert opinion of the QDEB to the I.O. within a period of two weeks from date.

9. Airport Police shall consider the threat perception to the petitioner and take appropriate steps in that regard.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
