Appeal No. 12 of 2011". Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 28th August, 2024 and judgment dated 5th March, 2024 and other portion of the said order and judgment shall remain unaltered.

Certified copies of the order dated 28th August, 2024 and judgment dated 5th March, 2024, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
