1. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondent authority for supplying a copy of the deed No. 366/2016 under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

2. Learned advocate representing the private respondent submits, upon instruction that, the subject deed no. 366/2016 is no way connected with the sale of the subject property in favour of the private respondent.

3. From the legal representation made on behalf of the petitioner annexed to the writ petition at page 47 (paragraph 87), it appears that copy of the said deed was already obtained by the petitioner online.

4. A document which is available to the petitioner online may be used by him for any subsequent proceeding to be initiated by him in accordance with law.

5. The prayer of the petitioner for passing order for supplying the subject deed under the Right to Information Act cannot be allowed by the writ Court.

6. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the statutory authority for relief, if so advised.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
