Since the notice which has been relied on by the petitioner is of 14th September, 2015, the concerned respondents are directed to issue a fresh notice on the petitioner. This is in accordance with the suggestion of learned counsel appearing for both the parties. W.P.A.1433 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on respondent no.8 being the Sub-Division Officer, Durgapur City Centre, Paschim Bardhaman to issue a fresh notice of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. The case of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of within four weeks from the date on which the fresh notice is issued and within an outer limit of seven weeks from today. The concerned respondent shall pass a reasoned order upon hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner and take appropriate steps pursuant to such decision within the time directed.
