Accordingly, CAN 862 of 2018 is allowed and disposed of.

WP No. 333 of 2018 The writ petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on complaint registered by the Officer-inCharge, English Bazar Police Station on November 17, 2016. The writ petition was filed on January 4, 2018, two years thereafter.

The matter is moved formally for the first time before this Court after three years.

In view of the long passage of time, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the instant proceedings.

Hence, WPA 333 of 2018 shall stand dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
