Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that two complaints of the petitioner were recorded.

The first complaint on inquiry resulted in a prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The second complaint was registered as a First Information Report and that the investigation with regard thereto is still in progress. The police received a complaint from the private respondent as against the petitioner which was treated as a First Information Report and on completion of investigation therein, the police submitted a charge sheet.

The private respondent is represented.

The police having acted as noted above, no further interference is called for by the writ court. WPA 1841 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
