Due to inadvertence and typographical mistake, the cause title portion "Tarit Kanti Bera & Ors." appearing in the order dated 19th March, 2024 has been wrongly typed instead of the "Tarit Kanti Bera, substituted by 1(a) Smt. Krishna Bera, wife of Late Tarit Kanti Bera & Ors.".

Let the corrections be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 19th March, 2024 and other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
