It appears from the report that the petitioner has not approached the Patharpratima Police Station, South Parganas with necessary documents.

The petitioner shall visit the Officer-inCharge, Patharpratima Police Station on Saturday (25.02.2023) at 2 p.m. and submit all his documents in respect of the charge against the person who he claims have cheated him and other persons.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
