Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor places on record a compliance report which indicates that the order of this court, in respect of which contempt was alleged, has since been complied with.

Since contempt is an extreme measure, there is no necessity of keeping the contempt application pending further unnecessarily, since the order has been complied with by the alleged contemnor.

Accordingly CPAN 44 of 2020 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

The compliance report filed in court today be kept on record.
