1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Allegations involve rape of a minor girl. Bail prayer of the coaccused, Sirajul Biswas had been turned down by the Court in May, 2023. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

4. Trial court is requested to conduct the trial with utmost expedition and conclude the same at an early date. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
