Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor no. 1 submits that the order of the Court has been complied with and the affidavit of compliance has been served upon the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last occasion when the matter was taken up for consideration.
Today also the petitioner is not represented. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the contempt application any further as the order has been reported to be complied with. In view of the above, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. Contempt application stands disposed of.
