There is nothing adverse as against petitioner in report. Petitioner was enlarged on anticipatory bail by an order dated April 9, 2021, requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer twice a week until further order.

The Court is informed that the police filed chargesheet. In such circumstances, the requirement of the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer twice a week until further order is waived. All other conditions of the order dated April 9, 2021 will remain the same.
