Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for relief of direction upon the respondent bank to consider the petitioner's suggestion for repayment of loan which was admittedly defaulted in repayment. According to the respondent bank, the loan with interest repayable amounts to Rs.11,27,000/- and bank as one time settlement has reduced it to Rs.2,46,000/- and even that amount, petitioner is not ready and willing to pay and wants further consideration by invoking constitutional writ jurisdiction of this Court. This Court is not inclined to interfere with such affairs of the bank and the petitioner and Bank's policy.

In view of the discussion made above I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 1570 of 2023 and the same is accordingly dismissed.
