Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim girl deposed at the trial court. Further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim was a minor and she gave birth to a baby. The trial is ongoing. At this crucial stage, given the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 257 of 2022 is dismissed.
