Petitioners seek bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the first two petitioners is in custody in excess of 260 days and the third and the fourth petitioners are in custody in excess of 90 days. The police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioners are not required. He submits that there are no materials against the petitioners. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that there is a dying declarations by the deceased implicating all the petitioners in the incident.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners that transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant bail to any of the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayers for bail of the petitioners are rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 258 of 2022 is dismissed.
