We have considered materials on record. Petitioners have complied with the condition of bail imposed upon them i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Nazat Police Station and to report to the Officer-in-Charge, Sandeshkhali Police Station within whose jurisdiction they are presently residing once in a week until further orders.

In view of the aforesaid, we relax the aforesaid conditions of bail and direct that the petitioners shall report to the Officerin-Charge of Nazat Police Station once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2022 is allowed.
