Learned Counsel for the petitioners has fairly submitted that the petitioner No.2 has been arrested during the pendency of this application for anticipatory bail and she has not presented the said application. However, she has prayed for reliefs in respect of the petitioner No.1. The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner No.2 is initially connected with the alleged offence. Learned Counsel for the State, however, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the materials available against the petitioners and having regard to the fact that the principal accused is Soleman Mallick and he has been arrested and the nature of the allegations so far as the present petitioner is concerned is omnibus in nature, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner No.1 on the following conditions:-

The petitioner shall surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of four weeks from date and the Jurisdictional Special Court after assessment of the age would allow the petitioner to furnish a bond of Rs.5000/- with two sureties of like amount each and ensure the presence of the petitioner on each and every date fixed by the Special Court. With the aforesaid observation, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No.719 of 2021, is, thus, disposed of.
