Petitioners admittedly took a sum of Rs.20 lacs from the de facto complainant in respect of property deal. No property was made over to the de facto complainant. Petitioner is unwilling to refund the money also. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 239 of 2024 is dismissed.
