Mr. Rajib Kumar Acharyya, Mr. Banshi Badan Maity .........for the petitioner. The issue of this revisional application is with regard to the prayer for expeditious disposal of Misc. Appeal No. 12 of 2019 pending before the learned District Judge Purba Medinipur.

It is submitted that Misc. Appeal is pending since 2019.

I am of the opinion that prayer of this revisional application does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite party.

Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, the learned District Judge Purba Medinipur is requested to dispose of Misc. Appeal No. 12 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties to this Appeal.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned District Judge Purba Medinipur.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
