Petitioners claim to be the owner of a property wherein the private respondents are creating disturbance. To that effect petitioners specifically informed the Officerin-Charge, Chandipur police station on or about 21.12.2022. Petitioners' main grievance is that neither he is able to cultivate his property nor he is able to harvest the crops. The representation was dated 24.11.2022 and sent to the police authorities by Speed Post on 22.12.2022.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Bellal Shaikh, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the grievance addressed by the petitioners and the time period which has passed in the meantime which is more than two years, I direct the petitioners to file a fresh representation to the Officer-in-

Charge, Chandipur Police Station who would address the grievance of the petitioners in respect of cultivation and harvesting.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1584 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
