2. Victim is a minor. Her statement implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Victim is yet to be examined.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence, materials on record and as the vulnerable witness has not been examined, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
