The grievance of the petitioner was the inaction of the police authorities in respect of domestic violence suffered by her.

Considering that more than 14 years have been passed since the initiation of the present writ petition and

the last of the order-sheet reflecting the police proceeded in accordance with law, I am of the view that after 14 years, the prayers so advanced, at the initial stage, have lost its force.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 431 of 2010 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
