The parties are not represented.

The appeal is against an order dated 12th July, 2023 admitting WPA 25868 of 2018 against deposit of Rs.17,80,218/-. By the said order, the Court also called for affidavits.

The writ petition is, therefore, pending final consideration after receipt of affidavits.

Since the deposit is only an interim measure, that was considering a challenge in an order passed under Section 33C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

5.

Hence, FMA of shall stand dismissed.

6.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
