Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is better placed than the other accused person who has been granted bail as the petitioner is an agent of the other accused. Be that as it may, so far as the other accused person is concerned he was available in course of the investigation. Petitioner has been arrested by execution of warrant of arrest pursuant to the charge-sheet having been submitted.

Having considered that the petitioner was not available in course of the investigation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the charges are framed by the concerned Court.

At this stage, CRM (M) 317 of 2026 is rejected.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
