When the revisional application was called, none appears on behalf of the petitioners. However, Mr. Sardar Azam, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties and submitted that subsequently on 3rd April, 2023 the proceeding being Misc. Case No. 722 of 2022 has been dropped by the learned Executive and Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta. Consequently, there is no scope for interference in the revisional application and as such CRR 219 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Certified copy so filed by the learned advocate for the opposite parties be kept with the record.
