Mr. Samrat Choudhury, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that although his client has assailed the order dated March 22, 2017 passed by the 4th Court of learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division) at Alipore, District - 24 Parganas (South) in Ejectment Suit No. 43 of 2015, subsequently re-numbered as Ejectment Suit No. 03 of 2017, but she is no longer interested to pursue her such challenge as it may cause delay in disposal of the suit.

In view of such stand of the petitioner, C.O. 78 of 2018 is disposed of with a request to the learned Trial Judge to dispose of all the pending applications as expeditiously as possible and after disposal of the said applications to make endeavour to dispose of the said suit expeditiously also without entertaining the prayer of the parties for any unnecessary adjournment. There shall be no order as to costs.
