Siddiqui, Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, Mr. Debasish Ghosh, Advocates ... for the State In this petition which was filed in January, 2022 when COVID cases were high, a prayer was made for reopening schools and colleges with proper guidelines concerning the COVID norms and to start the physical classes with necessary safety arrangements.

With the lapse of time, the situation has normalised to a great extent and it has been pointed out that the physical classes in schools and colleges have already started.

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in this petition which is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
