The petitioner has applied for mutual transfer with one Smritilata Mondal, Assistant Primary Teacher of Parkalagachhia Primary School, Kolaghat, Purba Medinipur to the Chairman of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 8th January, 2024.

In those circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education may consider the petitioner's application for mutual transfer strictly in accordance with applicable rules and particularly after ascertaining the willingness of the counter part within a period of one month from date and pass appropriate orders thereof. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
