In compliance with the order dated 09.09.2024 both the parties have filed an application in the form of a joint affidavit stating the compliance with the terms of the CAN application being 3 of 2024.

The learned advocate for the appellant has handed over the key to the learned advocate for the respondent in compliance with the term in Clause 8c of the aforesaid CAN application in order to accomplish to serve of property in favour of the plaintiff/respondent. Under the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the settlement arrived by and between the parties and compliance thereof.

Accordingly, the instant appeal and connected applications are disposed.

According, CAN application being CAN 3 of 2024 is disposed of.

Department is to draw up the decrees in compliance with the terms as mentioned in the CAN application being CAN 3 of 2024 and record its compliance considering the averments in the joint application dated 10.10.2024.
