Report shows though mother-in-law of the petitioner is under treatment there is no plan for institutionalized surgical intervention.

Under such circumstances we are unable to accede to the prayer of the petitioner that her release is necessary to take care of her children who are in the care of her mother-in-law. On merits we note there are ample materials implicating the petitioner in the murder. Her bail prayer was rejected in December, 2023. There is no change in the circumstances since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

5. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
