This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in not allowing him to submit documents in relation to his teacher training for the 1st State Level Selection Test for Recruitment of Assistant Teachers - in State Government Aided/Sponsored (Upper Primary Level) Schools. It is clear from the documents that the training certificate of the petitioner has been received subsequent to the cut-off date.

In light of the same, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at the present moment. Accordingly, WPA 1870 of 2021 stands dismissed.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
