Learned Advocate for the State/Zilla Parishad, Purba Medinipr submits that in the present writ petition, the petitioner has not challenged the reasoned order passed by the District Panchayat and Rural Development Officer, Purba Medinipur on 17th August, 2023 pursuant to the order passed in WPA No.10874 of 2008.

At this stage, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file afresh.

Accordingly, WPA No.1491 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
