The order impugned in this revisional application is an order dated January 6, 2021, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Diamond Harbour.

The petitioner has challenged an order dated December 28, 2020, passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas in connection with the Case no. MF-1749/2020 under Section 144 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Diamond Harbour. By an order dated January 6, 2021, the learned Sessions Judge stayed the operation of the said order till April 12, 2021. It has been submitted by the learned advocate of the petitioner that the said

revision case being the Criminal Motion no. 8 of 2021 is still pending before the learned Sessions Judge.

Without looking into any other aspect of the matter, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Sessions Judge to finally decide the Criminal Motion no. 8 of 2021 within a period of six weeks from date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The revisional application being CRR 148 of 2021 is disposed of.
