The only issue involved in this revisional application is a prayer for expeditious disposal of all the interlocutory applications filed by both the parties to this suit pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lalbagh, Murshidabad.

It is submitted on behalf of the parties to this revisional application is that one application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure as well as one application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure are pending for a considerable period and necessary direction may be given for disposal of those applications.

Considering the facts and circumstances, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lalbagh, Murshidabad is requested to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the C.P.C filed by the defendant no.1 as expeditiously as possible but without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parities.

Parties are directed to make communication of this order to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lalbagh, Murshidabad.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
