Rana ..for the State The allegations made in this writ petition are not maintainable before this Court. The petitioner prays for an order restraining the respondent No.8 from disturbing the construction of the petitioner. Such remedy cannot be granted by this Court. The remedy against the said respondent No.8 would be by way of a civil suit. There are no allegations against the panchayat authorities. The panchayat authorities cannot be directed to adjudicate disputes with regard to title and boundary.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be however no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on the basis of server copy of this order.
