This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, 11th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of the Title Suit no. 1631 of 2023 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocates representing them before the learned Civil Judge.

From the order-sheet appended to this application this Court finds that 5th February, 2025 has been fixed for cross-examination of DW-3. In view thereof, C.O. 241 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 11th Bench, City Civil

Court, Calcutta to dispose of the Title Suit no.1631 of 2023 expeditiously.

No order as to costs.
