The appellant is not represented today. Even on many occasions earlier, the appellant was not represented before this Court.

It seems to this Court that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal any further. 3.
Notice of Chapter 9 Rule 12 of the Appellate Side Rules has been served on the appellant. The appellant does not respond to the same.

Given the fact that the appellant does not wish to rely upon any additional evidence and has not disputed the papers filed by the respondent/decree holder , it is also presumed that the appellant does not have anything to say on the merits of the case on the papers filed by the appellant.

The decree of divorce passed by the trial court dated 05.02.2015 in Mat Suit No. 462 of 2012 therefore calls for no interference by this Court. Such decree is confirmed.

F. A. 295 of 2016 is dismissed. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
8.
There will be no order as to costs.
