Mr. Jagannath Ganguly, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition on the ground of certain technical defects. He seeks liberty to file afresh.

In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition being WPA 1515 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. There will be, however, no order as to costs. All connected applications, if any, stand dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
