Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that charge has not yet been handed over to him as Secretary of the Managing Committee of the concerned Madrasah.

Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors produces copy of the communication made by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education to the Assistant Inspector of Schools (SE), Jangipur Sub-Division, DistrictMurshidabad, mentioning that as per proposal of District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad, and recommendation of the Director of Madrasah Education, the Assistant Inspector of Schools (SE) is to act as Administrator of Dhuliyan High Madrasah (H.S), for a period of six months with effect from the date of taking over charge as Administrator. The Administrator has been requested to take immediate steps for reconstitution of managing committee within the above period.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner is not aware of the appointment of Administrator. Time has been sought for today in the matter.

In view of the above, list the contempt application once again on 16th February, 2023. Necessary instructions shall be taken by the petitioner in the meantime.

Communication dated 5th January, 2023 by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education to the Assistant Inspector of Schools (SE), Jangipur Sub-Division, District- Murshidabad, be retained with the records.
