Petitioners have approached this court as warrant of arrest was issued in connection with Gaighata P. S. Case No. 953 of 2019. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report, which reflects that there is no adverse report against the present petitioners.

Having regard to the same, I direct that in case the petitioners appear and surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon in connection with Gaighata P. S. Case No. 953 of 2019, they may be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond. This order will remain in force till 15th March, 2024.

In case, the petitioners do not appear before the learned ACJM, Bongaon by 15th March, 2024, the learned Magistrate would on 16th March, 2024 be at liberty to issue harsher process of law under Section 82 of the Cr.PC.

With the above observations, the present revisional application being CRR 318 of 2024 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.
