Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee Ms. Madhurima Sarkar ...for Madrasah Service Commission In terms of the order dated 13th February, 2025, a report in the form of affidavit affirmed on 3rd March, 2025 has been filed on behalf of Madrasah Service Commission and same is taken on record.

Grievance of the petitioner is not providing opportunity to him to participate in the interview which was held in connection with 7th State Level Selection Test, 2023 for being appointed in the post of Assistant Teacher in Physics in Urdu medium Madrasah for Classes XI & XII.

It is averred in paragraph 3 of the report that out of total marks 90 which were allotted for the written examination, petitioner secured 29 marks wherein cut of marks was 36. Therefore, it appears that petitioner does not come within the zone of consideration for his participation in the interview.

In view of the particulars given in the report relating to awarding of marks to the petitioner and the cut of marks fixed for participation in the interview, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
