Petitioners before us are the in-laws of the deceased. Husband of the deceased was arrested and is in custody. Materials in the case diary require investigation as against the petitioners also.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 252 of 2024 is dismissed.
