It was found that the sufficient evidence is not there for any conclusive opinion.

The said documents have now been sent to the Government examiner, Questioned Document Examination Bureau by the Officer-incharge, Bowbazar Police Station. The QDEB, Kolkata shall submit final report within a month from date. Learned counsel for the CBI questions the maintainability of the writ petition.

The accounts of the deceased namely, Nanda Banerjee shall remain frozen and shall abide by any decree of any court, Probate or Letters of Administration and the like if produced by the appropriate persons.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
