REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 243 of 2024 In Re:- In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Baishnabnagar Police Station Case No. 540 of 2023 dated 10.08.2023 under Section 489B/489C/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Dallu Sk @ Dallu ...... petitioner Mr. Arup Kumkar Bhowmick ...for the petitioner Mr. Navanil De ...for the State Notwithstanding the police filing charge sheet, we find from the materials in the case diary that the petitioner apparently is involved in fake currency manufactured and distribution.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
