Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the Officer-in-Charge, Bhatpara Police Station in respect of taking legal action against the private respondents, no action has been taken. Petitioner has instituted a case under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. against the persons named in the information furnished with the Officer-in-Charge, Bhatpara Police Station which was dated 26.04.2024.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there was a matrimonial dispute pursuant to which differences arose. So far as the issue relating to warrant of arrest is concerned, police has reported that no warrant of arrest in respect of execution case against the respondent no.9 is found to be pending for execution before the concerned police station. So

far as the other accusations are concerned, police authorities have informed both the parties to maintain peace and tranquility which has been recorded by way of Bhatpara P.S. GDE no.153 dated 03.05.2024.

In view of the aforesaid, I direct the police would continue to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1750 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
