1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for about 117 days. It is further submitted petitioner was a former employee of the de-facto complainant's company. There were disputes between himself and the said company. He has been falsely implicated. Allegation at its height relates to statement of accounts. Investigation is complete. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner had fabricated books of accounts and created fictitious transactions. Thereby he transferred monies over Rs. 3 crores to companies belonging to him. Trial shall commence shortly.

3. Learned Advocate for the de-facto complainant also opposes the prayer for bail.

4. In view of the fact that State has given assurance that trial shall be conducted expeditiously, petitioner choses not to press the application for bail at present.
