1. Heard learned lawyer for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. 830 gms of brown sugar i.e. heroin was recovered from the petitioner. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

3. In view of the materials on record and the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
