.... Petitioners Mr. Kunal Ganguly ...for the petitioners Mr. Debasish Roy, Ld. PP Ms. Nandini Chatterjee ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there was a fight between two couples. Injuries were suffered on both sides.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She submits that there are four injured victims in this case. The statements of witnesses clearly implicate the present petitioners. One of the CT scan reports of victim shows fracture of medial wall of left orbit.

Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
